Finding Hope: My Journey with Living Wisdom School

I am from Kabul, Afghanistan. In the past three years, I lost hope due to the restrictions on girls attending school, university, and jobs. Previously, I was an active teacher of science subjects for girls in grades 7 to 12. However, I was at home all day with no activities, physical exercise, or clear goals during these years. Everything changed in June when I learned about meditation for the first time and joined Living Wisdom Online School as a teacher. This opportunity helped me regain my motivation and activity levels. Besides teaching, I walk for at least 30 minutes daily and practice meditation regularly.
Engaging in service activities has allowed me to connect with my community and contribute positively, giving me a sense of purpose and fulfillment. Meditation has helped me cultivate mindfulness and inner peace, manage stress, and enhance my focus. Building relationships with fellow educators has expanded my horizons, providing valuable insights and opportunities for personal and professional growth. The environment at the school fosters a sense of hope and encouragement, empowering me to pursue my goals and dreams.
Overall, Living Wisdom School has played a crucial role in my journey, helping me grow in various aspects of my life. I am grateful for the experiences and support I’ve received, and I look forward to sharing this impact with others.
